How a constuction consultant would work for you:

• Working closely with the Owner and Architect or Engineer to insure budgetary concerns are met.
• Bridge between the Contractor and the Owner.
• Monitor the project from start to finish.
• Advise the client on new technologies and approaches to building solutions.
• Assist in the design and layout plans.
• Setting up scheduling procedures and scheduling project.
• Supply Owner with checklist of materials, supplies and products that they will need to select and purchase.
• Cost control.
• Provide lists of preferred suppliers, subcontractors and showrooms.
• At Owner's expense contact Consultant to visit project and assess quality of workmanship.
